In short: This website sets no cookies, uses no analytics or advertising services and loads no third-party content. We only process the data technically required to deliver the page, and your message if you write to us.

Privacy in our apps

This policy only covers the website florek.app. Each app has its own privacy policy:

Visiting the website and hosting

This website is delivered via Cloudflare (Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St., San Francisco, CA 94107, USA). When you visit it, Cloudflare processes technically necessary data, in particular your IP address, the date and time of the request, the address requested and information about your browser and operating system. This is required to deliver the page and protect it against attacks.

The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a secure, working website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We have a data processing agreement with Cloudflare. Cloudflare is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, which ensures an adequate level of protection for transfers to the USA (Art. 45 GDPR). We do not analyse this data ourselves.

Fonts

The fonts used are stored on our own server. No connection to Google or any other font provider is made when you visit the page.

Contact by email

If you email us, we process your email address and the content of your message in order to answer it (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR for questions about our apps, otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Emails to addresses at florek.app are forwarded to our mailbox via Cloudflare. We delete your message once it has been dealt with, unless statutory retention periods apply.

Links to the App Store and Google Play

When you follow a link to the App Store or Google Play, you leave our website. Apple or Google are responsible for any data processing there.

Your rights

You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and to object to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 21). Just write to kontakt@florek.app.

You can also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, for example the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information of Baden-Württemberg.
